This page (and any other documents that are referred to on it) contains the T&C on which we supply any of the product listed on our website https://www.iyouprint.co.uk. Before you order any of the product from our website please make sure you read all these T&C. Please keep in mind that by ordering any of the product from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of sale. If you want you can print a copy of this page and keep it for future use.

If you do not understand any of the part of this document or you have any questions in your mind, please feel free to contact Customer Service before placing any order. Please refrain from using this website if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. We may update or change our terms and conditions anytime, so please check for any updates. .

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing. We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions. Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

We have the right to change and revise these terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. If in future any of these Terms and Conditions become invalid the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain in place.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us in the form of order confirmation that will be sent at the end of order processing. If you do not receive such an email within 24hrs of placing your order please contact the Customer Services. Receiving the "Order Confirmation" is the sign that the contract between us has formed and the terms of the Contract cannot be varied without our prior written consent.

By placing an order through our website you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that you are at least 18 years old, the personal information which you provide when you register as a customer and place an order is true, current and accurate. In case you place an order on behalf of a business, you acknowledge that you have necessary authority from that business to place an order. In order to improve our service and further development of the website we may record or monitor the incoming/outgoing calls and emails.

Payment & Pricing Policy

We accept Stripe, Visa Debit/Credit, Master card. We take payment at the time when you place an order with us. All debit and credit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The order will not be processed until the full payment has cleared into our account. If by any chance we discover any error in price of the product, you will be informed of this error and options will be given in the form of either order cancellation or continue to purchase the product at the correct price. Your order will not be processed unless we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, that order will be treated as cancelled and you will be notified. All prices shown in the website are inclusive of VAT at 20% and delivery is also included in that price. Where applicable, price may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. In case we usea special offer price please note that this might be a limited period offer. Voucher/discount codes cannot be used against a quote.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. Alternatively, if an order is incorrectly placed, you are advised to contact us as soon as possibleby telephone at 020 3489 0350 or email at sales@iyouprint.co.uk. We may (at our sole discretion)allow you to cancel the order and issue you refund in case your order has not yet been submitted to print. However, if the order has been gone into production, we will be unable to issue any cancellation.

Printing & Artwork Approval

All specifications, drawings and product images issued by us are approximate only. Artwork must be supplied to us in a press-ready PDF (font embedded) format, in CMYK with a minimum 300dpi resolution.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for colour reproduction of RGB files or files supplied outside of the specifications given. Variations in printing can exist. Please note that variations may exist due to the nature of the paper or lamination chosen. Moreover computer hardware set ups are such that we cannot guarantee that the Product colour will match those displayed on your computer screen during the ordering process. We are not responsible for any variations in colour, either from previous products supplied by us or from work provided from a third party. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, we may at our discretion offer a reprint or refund, we are not liable to offer both. For a folded leaflet and/or booklet, our tolerance is 1.5mm from the fold line as marked on your proof. Please be aware there is also a 0.5mm off centre tolerance for trimming on some Products - for business cards, for example, the tolerance on trimming is 1mm.

We will send you an electronic proof of the product you have ordered, before printing. It is your responsibility to approve the proof of products. Once the proof has been approved you accept that the products cannot be cancelled nor changed. We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you. We will be able to set up a proof of the product for you before 5 pm if your material is submitted to us before 1 pm. In course of submission of the material after 1 pm there is no guarantee that you receive a proof before 5 pm that day. Alternatively if you do not require artwork proof and submitted the material it is important that it should be done before 3 pm to make sure it goes to print that day.

Product Delivery

We will dispatch your products for delivery according to the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process. We do not offer international delivery at the moment. DPD will be delivering the products that have been ordered from our website, these are sent on a Next Day Service excluding Inverness, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Paisley and Aberdeen which will be delivered on a Two Day Service. There are 4 turnaround options (1 & 2 working day, 3-4 working days and 7-10 working days). The turnaround dates are related to production time that does not include the delivery day, also the turnaround dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. All Products will require signature upon delivery. If anyone other than the intended recipient signs for the Product and the Product is subsequently not delivered to the intended recipient, we will incur no liability provided that the Product was delivered to the address provided by you as part of your order.

In act of any delay in delivery due to exceptional circumstances or events that are outside of our control (Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, the impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport), we will not be responsible or liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Contract.

Where delivery is not possible due to the incorrect delivery address details supplied by you, the items will return to us and we will hold these for 5 working days. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge for re-despatch of the Products to the correct delivery address. If you have not contacted us regarding re-despatch within 5 working days, we may recycle the Products at our option and you will need to place a new order with us if the Products are still required. An individual part is classed as a stand-alone product that may be sold in packages (e.g. in 1000 letterheads an individual part is 1 letterhead). We try our best to deliver all parts to you in one package, but from time to time we may be unable to do so. In that circumstance we will update you by email and will arrange for separate deliveries.

Undelivered Products & Claims

Ifthe products arrived damaged, short or in case you do not receivethe products that has been dispatched, you must notify us within 30 days of the date that the Products were dispatched in order that we can investigate the failure and take appropriate action. You should notify us by contacting telephone at 020 3489 0350 or email at sales@iyouprint.co.uk. We shall not be liable in respect of any claims that has been notified after 30 days . The earliest date we can claim against DPD for non-delivery is 15 working days from the date of dispatch. We cannot process a reprint or refund before this time. Once you have notified us we will send you a form to complete and return to us. Once the form is received we will either redeliver Products (or re-printed Products) to you at no further cost or expense to you or offer a refund.

Liability & Indemnity

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of income or revenue, loss of data, damage or loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us).

Obligations & Jurisdiction

You do not reservethe rights to transfer, assign, charge or dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. However, we may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place on our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website.
